Topichand Bhangare (Kader Khan), an antique shop owner with illegal side businesses, wants his daughter Kiran to marry a notorious gangster. Kiran, however, is in love with Raj (Govinda), a wealthy and law-abiding man. To satisfy her father’s demand, Kiran convinces Raj to train under a "gangster coach" (Johnny Lever) to adopt a criminal persona.
