SOCOM: Fireteam Bravo 3 is a clunky, fantastic mess. It tries to do too much (sniping, stealth, heavy assault) with the PSP’s single nub. But if you loved Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear or old-school Ghost Recon , this is the last great handheld tactical shooter before mobile gaming turned into monetized slots.
