Absolutely. Even though Windows 12 is rumored to change secure boot defaults, the fundamental bootchain remains MBR → UEFI → BCD → Bootmgfw.efi. BootICE works on Windows 11 22H2 and all current Windows Server releases. For Secure Boot systems, you can disable Secure Boot temporarily, apply changes, and re-enable—though BootICE itself does not violate secure boot hash checks.

Unlike the built-in Windows bcdedit.exe (which is cryptic and error-prone), BootICE provides a GUI for BCD: bootice 64-bit 1.3.3.2
